1. Services: Web Resources agrees to maintain and modify upon request, the web site http://yourdomainname.com per the requirements set forth by the customer. All changes requested will normally be made within 24 hours (excepting some weekends and holidays). Monthly maintenance, if requested,  will include (at a minimum) monthly Search Engine position monitoring and resubmission to the 10 major search engines as required to maintain or improve position in the engine. This is a time consuming and lengthy process but is very important to increasing traffic to your site and increasing your business (which is really what this is all about). If this service is not requested, there is no fee.

2. Fees: Web Resources will invoice monthly at a rate of $50 per hour in quarter hour ($12.50) increments. Minimum billing is $25. If the customer has not accrued $25 in billable charges, current charges will be carried over to the following month and no bill will be received. (Typically, search engine maintenance takes about 15 minutes and should be done at least monthly.) *Optionally, you can choose to maintain your site yourself and avoid any charges pertaining to maintenance.

3. Hosting: Web Resources will provide web hosting for your site on our server located in Eagle Rock, MO or a Virtual Server located in Huston, Texas that we buy and manage space on. Our server is of the latest technology. We provide 400MB of storage space and 4 gigabyte of bandwidth (monthly) and unlimited email accounts associated with the site. The price for hosting is $100 per year, per domain name, if paid in one annual payment, or $10 per month, per domain name billed monthly.

4. Termination: The customer may rescind this agreement at any time by written notification (or e-mail) to Web Resources. In the event this contract is rescinded, Web Resources will immediately mail to the customer, a CD-ROM containing the current programming for the customer's web site.
